Basanagowda N. for the paper ‘Optical Placement of Facts in an Unregulated Environment’ – Implementation and Performance Analyses- A Study at Visvesvaraya Tantric University, Belgaum in the 22nd convocation held on Friday. Patil was awarded a doctorate degree. He has S.D.M. College of Engineering. S.B. Karajagi was the mentor.

Dr. Basanagowda N. Patil is currently serving as a professor at the University of Stores and Management, Belagavi.
